Worth visiting!
A review of this place
It’s not as fancy as the Whole Foods in Austin, but it’s still pretty good. There’s a great selection of cheeses and an olive bar. The buffet area is my favorite. There are usually Asian, Mexican, and salad options. One little area has southern things like mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Their prepared foods in the glass cases are generally good too, as are their baked goods. There are lots of vegetarian items here that you might not be able to find elsewhere.

Okay, I’ve technically been here, but I miss it and want to go back. The shortbread scones are one of the best breakfast foods you can get out of a self-serve case, and the bakery counter is full of some of the most beautifully presented baked goods ever.
If you like organic food, or are looking for a place that makes veggie- or vegan-friendly foods in-store, Whole Foods is a great place to go. Particularly if you’re on the U-dub side of the bridge and don’t want to/can’t always get down to The Market.
