If only you could choose TOTALLY WORTH IT as a rating! by DerJon

Guam was incredible. We stayed at the Holiday Resort Guam. We had some issues, but after only a little complaining, they upgraded us to a King Suite for the week for FREE! What a deal! We rented our car from Payless Rental Cars. It was a great fuel efficient Hyundai. Then we drove around the island a few times. When you get out of the tourist areas, the island is beautiful. Palm trees, empty beaches, (kind, funny, friendly) locals, and the piece of mind of knowing that you’re safely on US ground. There were jungles, caves, and lots of sun. The sun-rises and sun-sets were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I was born here. I moved to the states when I was 3, so I don’t remember much, but would really love to go back and visit.

Rhinkey Say: Just not too long... by RhinoMonkey

I was there for 3 years, and a plane ticket just back to LA cost $1,500-$2,500 depending on advance purchase…

Sure, it’s worth doing, just not for long term. In my opinion.

Most beautiful beaches not as commercialized as most places—-you can see mountains, jungle, and beach on the same small island! People are wonderful and the sand is white and the coral reef is beautiful! I loved it and want to go back! Also a lot of cool WWII history! Also amazing fish to see and geckos everywhere you look!!!
