If you go on the tour of the dam take them seriously when they ask about being claustrophobic…..and really think about…are you??? I was a little nervous through the whole tour and when waiting for the elevator to take us back up it hit me that I had to get out of there and soon……Luckily my husband was able to keep me calm and kept reassuring me that we were safe until it was our turn to get on. But one more minute of waiting and I KNOW I would have lost it…..Other than that its an awesome place to visit!! :D

Take the more expensive tour. I thought it was worth it, even when we had to wait for an hour and a half.

Who would think a tour of a Dam would be Interesting? by SECOND_TIME_AROUND

Very interesting tour! Gets you right in the bowels of what a Dam is all about for electricity. Was a bit scarey to be locked in one of the rooms where if they open side tubes of over flow water the room would be in the path. I think I saw where they had to use this over flow recently! I was impressed!
