Camelback Golf Club

after our hike through the McDowell Sonoran preserve and visiting Taliesan West. The chilled Gazpacho was refreshing. The addition of grilled corn and shreds of jicama transformed this soup into a southwest version of what I have usually enjoyed with shrimp and cucumber in the Pacific Northwest. The display of golf balls in the Pro shop window looked like an easter basket!
After lunch we were on to the Cosanti Foundation for some souvenirs!
