Northcote Social Club

My first visit here was thanks to some free tickets that I won from a radio station. It’s a great venue for live music, with a good atmosphere in the main bar. Apparently it’s changed quite a lot over the last few years… from dodgy-run-by-the-local-footy-club, to modern-but-not-too-trendy. The fact that it’s five minutes from my home is a huge bonus.

Went last night, to see Sara Storer play. Once again, had a great night out.

I was at that Angie Hart gig! haha. Also seen Spoon, Ground Components (fab Melb band), & the Fiery Furnaces here. My fave live music venue in Melb, like kickin back in your very own lounge-room!
