carson street is the shit

So last summer, Jer and I went down to South Side and just walked up and down Carson Street. We talked and looked inside the shops (and I bought a wicked awesome red skirt). We wandered around the book store and Goodwill and the Vintage Store and the toy store.
I couldn’t ask for anything better than that.

I live less than a 10 minute drive to South Side….I love it there. There’s always something to do no matter what mood you’re in, who you’re with, or how much money you have to spend.

south side is going through a renaissance. there are many older buildings that have been renovated and now house funky antique shops, clothing stores, etc. The old steel mill has now been turned into designer chain boutiques. At night, you have your choice of about 100 bars and restaurants. There is something for every taste.
