I am driving the whole coast again this summer!!! Looking for a historic hotel preferably south of Depoe Bay as our final destination is Rockaway Beach.
I am VERY excited.

I suggest capri pants. over 5 years agoI always wanted this... by Zazumba 08For as long as I can remember I wanted a place on the Oregon coast. I was born in California and the coast there is so beautiful, but Oregon is just different. It’s quieter, it’s wilder, and from Seattle, much easier to visit by car. Came across the perfect locale about 1.5 hours from Portland so we bought it. We’re now spending four weeks a year here, something I didn’t think was possible until we retired. It’s different every time we go. Rainy, sunny, hailing, snow, sunny, raining…and that can be in one day. Winter storms are incredible.
