Fun times at the loft!

The type of place that invites you to sit cross-legged, share a drink and meaningful conversation. I’m particularly fond of the three-level design of Erik’s place. The stairs go to the loft bedroom and also straight to the roof deck. I’ve only visited the roof deck in the winter — I can only imagine the benefit of a roof deck overlooking downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound during the summer months. I look forward to my next visit. Very Erik. Verik. over 6 years agoI live here. by Buster BensonI bought the place last November, and love it. It’s all one big box, and it’s right by the highway, but it’s perfect for me: big window, wood floors, brick wall, big wall for projecting movies, and small enough that I don’t have to actually buy any furniture. Also, its proximity to Pike Place Market has given me a great reason to wake up in the morning and walk to work. The smells of fresh fruit and flowers every morning has made me 10 times happier than I might otherwise have been. Also, this is the first place I’ve owned, and even though I don’t think I’m going to live here much longer than 5 years (until my interest-only loan is over), it’s perfect for this time in my life. over 6 years ago |
