A review of this place

Great at all hours of the day, but sunset is the most spectacular.

An ideal place to see the Alhambra Castle

Just in front of the Alhambra, Bill Clinton visited this place in 1996 and said that he saw “one of the most wondelful sunset he’s ever seen”

Quiet and romantic place, you can usually find there people composing with their guitar, poets, ordinary people reading, relaxing… and a lot of photographers like me ;-)

Mirador de San Nicolas

The “Mirador de San Nicolas” is the most famous viewpoint in Granada. The viewpoint is in the arabic distric of Granada: “the Albayzin”. Form this viewpoint you can see the Alhambra, The wall, and the Albayzin.

The plaze is a nice site to repose, listen the street “cantaores” (Flamenco singer) or buy hippie’s crafts.

The plaze must its name to the church of san Nicolas. A church of y XVII century. Behind the church we can find two restaurants. Where to eat the typical free “tapas “
