A review of this place: More of a Sunfish Girl, Myself
Every time I’ve been here, usually just when Sunfish is closed on Mondays and I’ve forgotten, the cod has been dry, the chips have been mediocre, and the tartar sauce has been terrible. My dad says they used to be good until they changed their cooking procedures ages ago.
The best part is the upper seating area can have good views.
No love, Spud, no love.

The cod is pretty good. The chips are mediocre. One should probably get one of the meals rather than a la carte so as not to pay for condiments. I hate that… kinda like I hate paying extra for white rice at asian restaurants.
Well, maybe hate is too strong a word. Anyways, yes, greasy fish ‘n’ chips. yum.

The greasy classic
Last Sunday was a gorgeous sunny day in Seattle. Took the kids to the beach at Alki and, of course, picked up some true cod fish & chips from Spud for a greasy picnic on the sand. Awesome.
