my friend peter works there….great guy….
the place is great; just one word of advice…DO NOT GO DURING LUNCH OR YOU”LL BE WAITING FOR A WHILE!!! I love the sandwish of the day for tuesdays (the Mr Lulu)...i’m not keen on hot sandwiches, but that one is awesome! there soups are usually awesome too….waiting for the split-pea w/ black forest ham to come again….that one was the bomb!!!!

YOU MUST GO HERE AND EAT!!!! and the decor….keeps you busy as you wait to get your food…

    GO!!

I ate the Corleone Reuben sandwich. Very delicious.

Great fries and tasty food, and you feel like you’re paying appropriately for what you get. I like the place and all, but it is often too loud to really talk, and the waitstaff has been mercilessly slow every time I’ve gone. Still, I keep going back, so obviusly I don’t mind too much.

But I got over that really quickly. Good sandwiches (plenty of vegetarian choices), great fries even, and a fine place for meeting up with friends after coming into town here the other day. No waiting list but it’s worth waiting for a bit if you’re patient—and as it was we got a nice booth in the window, so all was well!

Good sandwiches & fries  — 3 years ago

I like The Chachi sandwich (turkey w/ Ranch dressing on a toasted sub roll) and I think they dip the fries in methamphetamine prior to frying. A good local joint—very unassuming and lunchable. On the comfort food tip.
