went clubbing over on the train while in copenhagen, quite the experience ill tell you!

I went there with two girlfriends on a danish holiday, and we shopped till we dropped. I even managed to carry a lounge chair home with me in the train. The access from Copenhagen is only 35 min by train so its very convenient. The city is very nice, small enough to be able to stroll through in a day and they have great shops. I would definately go there again soon.

Two years ago when I first saw a photo of Turning Torso, I knew I was going to live in this city – and yes, dream has come true :) I’m moving in to the city this year. It’s not a big city but not a small one either. Very comfortable just to be in the city, hanging around with your friends or your loved ones.

I found myself in Malmö during a roadtrip with a dear friend. I called an acquaintance of mine and he agreed to let us stay in his apartment for a couple days, but he did warn us that the place was kind of bohemic. People always say their homes are a mess when they have visitors, but this guy MEANT IT! Six months of dishes, bird droppings on the floor, algae in the bathtub, old stuff and garbage literally EVERYWHERE! Wow. Anyway, we slept on a dirty mattress in his art room for a couple days and spent most of our time wandering around town, meeting new friends, going to the beach… We found a cool cafe near Möllan and ate cheap falafel every day. :) I really like Malmö and in fact I plan to move there some day. But I’ll have a nicer apartment!

If you’re in the area, check it out, but not worth a special trip. The shopping is repetitive (How many H&M stores do they need???) and there isn’t really any major attractions.

The coastline over the Oresund is nice and the Brunnel (Bridge-Tunnel) to Denamrk is ace.
