Atlantis

Just left the pet store. There are lots of Atlantis inspired goodies in the aquatic section. The ruined temples are the best bits.

You can just picture Atlantis, complete with long forgotten ancient technology. It would be so cool swimming around all the cracked roads and decaying pillars (and the modern shipwrecks caused by the ancient technology).

As a kid I always wanted to swim around the fish tank. The pirate chest, glowing skull, and sunken galleon fascinated me. The opening and closing treasure chest still makes me smile.

Of all the cool aquarium decorations, my favorite was (and still is) the ruined Greek/Roman temple. That’s Atlantis, a tumbled underwater collection of roads, statues and colonnades.

I want to find Atlantis because I can’t fit in the fish tank.

I know Atlantis is there, resting on the ocean floor, waiting for me to rediscover and unlock her secrets. I don’t believe the “Bimini Road” is Atlantis, but she could be nearby.

Since I’ll already be in the Bermuda Triangle searching for Atlantis (in the next 10 years), I’ll also look for Flight 19 and the USS Cyclops.

Having been a mermaid in a past life, I think I could thrive here, even with my current respiratory system. I have heard that’s it’s not too touristy and the seafood is as fresh as it gets. I’m ready to go.

I have heard stories about Atlantis that say it was an advanced civilization. I would love to go visit it to see what kind of things they had and to explore their land.
