I went when I was 12 and that is the smell that comes to mind when I think about the caverns. I loved seeing the bats and the stalagmites/stalactites. I hope to go back as an adult to truly savor the beauty of the caves. over 4 years agoUntitled by PattiButchePack a tripod for your camera; then set your camera to NIGHT mode and capture the MOST amazing photos of these amazing caverns. Also, go off season. I don’t care if it’s 40 below outside, inside the caverns it is always the same temp.
