Shambhala Mountain Center

A great day trip. It’s a short hike from the parking lot. Very peaceful,calming, beautiful. When I was inside the stupa, there were monks upstairs chanting….it was an amazing experience. The people are great and for a small fee/donation, they’ll feed you dinner.

Not really ready for the full meditation retreat thing yet… will have to learn to do it on my own first I think.

I stayed there for four nights, just returning home today. I wasn’t ready to leave.
