The color collection exhibit was going on—who knww monochromatic paintings could be so interesting?

Definitely one of my favorite museums of all time. Love the giant Monet!

Last time I checked, this musueum was the most expensive in the nation at $20 for adults and $16 for students. A bit steep for me, I go on the Target Free Fridays, most recently last night to see the Seurat exhibit. I was glad to see the exhibit but it was completely mobbed and very uncomfortable to be there.
If you’re willing to pay the cash, you’re probably in for a more enjoyable visit. If you do go for the Free Fridays, don’t be intimidated by the long line to get in. It actually moves pretty fast.

MOMA is always busy, no wonder, it’s the greatest modern art gallery I’ve ever seen. If you want to get in for free on Target Free Friday Nights (saving US$20), get there very early (and be patient for a long wait) as there was a huge lineup an hour before the free time starts. http://www.moma.org/visit_moma/admissions.html
