Secret Garden Tea House

I visited the de young the other day with my girl friend, and the Secret Garden is conveniently located near Golden Gate Park. The decorations were very European and Victorian. The waitresses greeted my friends and I with bright smiles and service was fast. We both ordered the full tea, with the chocolate tea and the coconut cream tea, both were yummy. The Food arrived on a tier and was beautifully presented. The sandwiches and the savories food was good, very tasty, I especially love their scones, warm and flaky with the cream and Jam. The tea flavors complemented all the yummy treats that’s comes with the Tea.
I have been to various tea rooms around the bay area, the Fairmont, the Ritz, and I think Secret Garden’s food is actually better, and prices are more reasonable. Definitely beats the high prices at hotels.
