Historic New England Phillips House by jarrison1

The Phillips House is the only house on Chestnut Street open to the public. The collection contains five generations of a Salem family’s art, antiques, furnishings, carriages, and cars. We encourage you to visit and learn what life was like on Chestnut Street in the early twentieth century.

Tours are free for Historic New England members and $5.00 for adults. The museum is open Tuesday-Sunday from 11-4, with tours available on the half-hour.

Please note, from November-May, the museum is only open on Saturday and Sunday.
