The movies shown at the Acadia Cinema are often from international film festivals, or independent films. They are critical, sometimes cynical, sometimes controversial, and always significant! over 6 years agoMovies in a Small Town by Chris CampbellOne of the great places in Wolfville is the Acadia Cinema, which is a movie theatre that was recently renovated by a cooperative. In the lobby is a cafe that serves Fair Trade coffee. I love going to films, drinking coffee and being able to walk to see a movie. Much better than a DVD at home. over 6 years ago |
