manoa falls by bananapancakes
The trail to Manoa Falls is about 2 miles (r/t) and takes about 1-1.5 hours to hike. The trail was slippery and muddy during my hike, so I would suggest wearing hiking shoes. There were also a lot of mosquitoes throughout the trail, so wear bug repellent to avoid any bug bites. The waterfall at the end of the hike is pretty…the bottom of the waterfall is surrounded by cable lines because of a landslide that occurred there in 2002. There was also a sign that suggested not to swim in the water below the falls because it is contaminated.
