The Swedish Crown

This was the first restaurant I went to in Lindsborg, years ago, and where I first tried (fairly authentic) Swedish food. It’s delicious, very reasonable, has a good atmosphere, and is run by great people. It’s where the locals eat (almost every night, for some), although it actually just opened back up after being closed for several years.
