Worth visiting!
I first met Elda Behm ..
when she was operating a little nursery out of her own home back in 1985. The nursery & her home are long gone.(due to “progress”- the expansion of the third runway for Sea-Tac Int’l Airport)
Thankfully the garden was saved & relocated to this location.
Plants are propagated & sold all proceeds go to the garden.
Elda still puts in time here, cultivating this snug little corner of the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden.
