Ciocănesti rocks! As a human I am telling you there are no kinder, happier, loveable people like in Ciocanesti. It’s like they discovered the secret to happiness and the hours they spend working hard it’s like an actovity to stay in shape.

Ciocanesti is a mountain village where the river Bistrita Aurie flows, Bistrita known for the gold exploitations and for the wood boats that went on it for centuries. The Ciocanesti woods have been given the wood for the sailing boats many hundreds of years and for many nations.

Ciocanesti might just be the most beautiful village of Romania. There are traditional celebration and festivities every month. All the houses are proudly wearing the specific drawings of the area. All the people are proud of their traditions and they wear their costumes like the most fashinable clothing.
