London City Airport aka: LCY

It’s very easy to get to on public transport via the Jubilee Line and DLR. The destinations are all short-haul (within Europe) and given its proximity to Canary Wharf caters mainly for business travellers, but you can get some reasonably priced flights – I flew to Geneva from here for a city break. Plus it doesn’t seem to be used by families very much, so the noise levels are much lower!
