Why I recommend this place to locals
Why I recommend this place to locals: The “Vee Eye” (Vienna Inn) is a classic. You just can’t argue with a place this crowded, one the health department would not and a fire could not shut down.
Are you looking for a new “low water mark” for a Friday night on the town? Can’t go to the Cowboy Cafe on Columbia Pike because it closed?
The furniture is stuff which, if you had it in your basement, would be a “curb alert” on craigs list under for sale, free.
Go for the cheap beer, stay for the chili dogs. Three chili dogs, three drinks and a side of cheese-stuffed jalepeno poppers and there is still change from a 20.
Just don’t go back too often, but do go. It’s a classic. And when it burns down next time, you can say you were there.
Maybe you should get the t-shirt.
