Sunset Cafe aka: Grand Terrace Cafe,Sunset Cabaret

OK so it’s a landmark building and they won’t destroy it.. but….

It’s an ACE Hardware... there is just something inherently wrong with one of the greatest jazz venues of all time becoming a retail establishment. There should be music played within these walls every night.

Louis Armstrong, Johnny Dodds, and Earl “Fatha” Hines, Bix Beiderbecke, Jimmy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, and Gene Krupa felt it and so do I.
