I’ve always had a great time at the mars bar. I’ve seen many a moc moc show, had many fun drunken nights (usually correlated to moc moc show), witnessed erik sleeping on the sidewalk (after a moc moc show) and even met Maggie and Sara here (also correlated to a moc moc show).

A terrific little semi-secret place. If you come in on a Monday you can get the southwest carrot soup, which is absolutely wonderful.

Whenever I go here I end up barely able to walk out. I think they might be making their drinks strong. Must keep that in mind next time. I’ve only seen two shows there (just found the place this month) but they were both small and good. Last night was strange because the band started playing while the sun was still out.
