Worth visiting!

"I'll take one of each"
Most of the things here are understandably a little expensive (the shop is right in Harvard Square). BUT one thing I noticed right away were the subway / city maps of 5 cities prominently displayed in the shop:
  • San Francisco 1909
  • New York City elevated lines around 1916
  • Paris Métro / autobus 1945
  • London Underground 1963
  • Tokyo around the 1950s

They are big beautiful prints from Cavallini Papers and sold as wrapping paper (not priced as posters), so they’re only $3.50 each. Cartographile that I am, I gladly got one of each and am extremely satisfied. I didn’t get to spent too much time looking around here, but I’m sure there are other such treasures to be found, as the store was full of doodads and cool things.
