Costilla

“Costilla” means “rib” in Spanish. This town is named after the river that runs through it, the “Rio Costilla”. The village of Costilla is a sleepy little farming community in Northern New Mexico. A hidden gem in Taos County, close to the New Mexico/Colorado border, residents make the most of both states. Wonderful area.
