A review of this place
Climb the (somewhat narrow) spiral staircase of 311 steps to the balcony at the top of this 202-foot-tall Doric column, and you are rewarded with breathtaking views over the city in all directions, as well as a certificate of achievement. At £2.00, this is a good poor man’s (or young man’s) alternative to the London Eye.
