Popeye's Chicken

Don’t know if this place is still open, because the last time I was in the N.O. was before Katrina hit. I used to stop here in the morning and get me a 50 cent biscuit before I went to school. Sure, they have Popeye’s all over the country, but only in Louisiana can you get jambalaya, etouffee, and smothered chicken there. (Yum!) Some Popeye’s in New Orleans sold liver and onions and chitterlings, but I don’t like those things.
