OK – it is a chain. The tables have burners in the middle and you have to agree with the other diners at your table on the type of cheese fondue you will share as well as the cooking method for your entrees (basically either broth or oil).

You get 3 different fondues – cheese with bread and veggies as a starter, meat/fish/veggie in oil or broth with all sorts of dipping suaces as the entree and then chocolate with fruit, brownies and cheesecake for dessert. Within those parameters you can go wild with your choices of what TYPE of cheese and meat and chocolate.

We had a really enjoyable time and were there for 3 hours. I have had better meals but this was worth a 1 time visit for the experience.
