Red Fish Grill

Ok, I won’t lie, I went here because I got a gift certificate from them when I was working as a concierge at a hotel in New Orleans. But boy was I glad they gave me that perk! The food was amazing! The seafood here is fresh, fresh, fresh. Everything I had was delicious. I especially liked the coconut shrimp and the bread pudding. And they give you beaucoup (New Orleans talk for a lot of) food.

One thing: I haven’t set foot in the city since Katrina. I don’t know what the deal with this place is. I know that this restaurant is run by the Brennan company, and they are invested in quite a few New Orleans restaurants (good ones, I might add). I hear Bourbon Street is pretty much the same as before the storm, since it is a touristy part of the city.

This place is at the 100 block of Bourbon. Never eat above the 500 block, as it starts getting dirty there. Take it from your concierge. ;)
