Grand Canyon West

This was an amazing adventure! Being from eastern Virginia I love going to new and different places that are nothing like the place I live. Me, my hubby & family were in Vegas and decided to take the 3 hour drive to Grand Canyon West. Not realizing there was a 15 mile dirt road leading to the Canyon was an adventure in itself! We were in a rented Dodge Van and it actually handled itself rather well. Seeing the Joshua Trees on the way was beautiful! The Hualapai were amazing and so helpful! We took so many beautiful pictures, the place is run very efficient with buses coming every 10-15 minutes taking you to another viewing site. Such a naturual wonder and so much beauty to be seen here!
