A paradise for cave explorations (espeolology) in Vallemi, just north of Concepcion. You have several options for accessing this place.
By plane, once a week from Asuncion’s Silvio Pettirossi Airport to Vallemi at 50USD one way. By boat from Concepcion at 12USD one way. And 58km on dirty roads if you can convince someone to give you a lift.
There are also nearby marble cliffs and a big factory of cement. If you plan properly, you could combine a fligh and a boat trip.
