SECONDCHANCEWEST – 4724 Pacific Hwy

I L-O-V-E this store. It’s a thrift/second hand store right off I-5. The building is purple and you can see it from I-5 – take the Slater Road exit.

I buy just about everything I own there. My bed, blankets, towels, couch, stationary, pens, notebooks…

The best thing about it is that I’ve been able to barter and haggle with them. With gas prices the way they are, it’s easier than driving around to all the yard sales, and they’re open during the winter.

ENJOY!

This is a great place- neat little coffee shops, nice harbor, beautiful scenery, great people. The public transportation is cheap, plentiful and great. I would love to go back and just hop a bus in Seattle, and stop at each of the towns along the way working my way up the coast to Bellingham. There’s a dozen or more great little towns along the way. It would make a terrific trip.
