Worth visiting!
Walk slowly up the bridge to the center. Inhale slowly, breathe out. Turn your gaze over the lake , at a rowboat perhaps , or some ducks swimming nearby . Look at at towers peeking over the trees on central park west , people lounging on the grass, dogs swimming , couples sitting on the benches. Inhale the clean air again as you listen for the silence hanging over the water and for a moment – you can forget that you are in the middle of one of the busiest cities on this planet.
