Elliott Bay Water Taxi

Aaah, reading AGAMUM’s entry reminded me that we nipped over to West Seattle on the taxi. Yet another way of experiencing Seattle on the water!

Park your car along Harbor Ave. since the Seacrest parking stalls are limited to 2hrs and monitored closely.

Riding this passenger-only ferry across Elliott Bay last summer, I got a new perspective on this gorgeous city! I felt totally unencumbered while looking back at my little MINI patiently waiting along Harbor Ave. for my return! Dis-embarking after this 12*minute cruise!* I was free to be a tourist for the day,visiting Pike Place Mkt,the Waterfront,and Western Ave without worring about parking!
