A Not-So-Great Chicago Fire by danimatian

I awoke this morning to screams of “The building is on fire! The building is on fire!” only to find out it wasn’t OUR building, but 2 buildings over…

I could have gotten MUCH better pics of the initial blaze but I was too busy being on the phone with 911,who apparently, couldn’t connect me with the people you report fires to, so I just sat there with the lady who kept saying “this has never happened before..”
