Worth visiting!

Except for the stench of thousands of fish rotting on the shore, Salton Sea was really beautiful and we luckily/unfortunately had a campsite right along the beach. Rather than being composed of sand, most of the beach was composed of crushed barnacle shells, which was actually really neat.

I think it would have been less stinky at a different time of year.
