Heritage Park

I used to go here to chill out between classes at OCC. The surrounding environment of nature would soothe me and give me the ability to concentrate on things on the rest of my life.

I’ve always thought nature trails are best when they are NOT paved.. although many of the trails here are paved, there are certainly plenty of areas to explore off the beaten path.

One time when I was really young, we wandered into the park from Drake, we got so lost and turned around that when we finally found people we asked them “Are we in Ohio?”
