A tip I have about this place
The reservoir is LA DWP property, so it is all fenced off, but you can walk around it. The nicest part is seeing all the cutesy houses. The area is in the process of being gentrified, and all of the homes around the reservoir are pretty nice. There are a bunch of 70’s style houses, and some old fashioned stucco ones too. If you are in the area anyway, it is worth it to just take a stroll around the reservoir. The walk will take you about 45 minutes.
