My husband and I travel around the country for our job. We are stationed in a town outside of Baltimore. One night we drove around and wandered into Fells Point. It’s a hip little area in Baltimore. We wanted a tattoo and found “Saints and Sinners” I’ve started my half sleeve with Hunter Sparks who is blowing my mind with his amazing talent. My husband is having work done by Dwayne. Everyone that works there is an amazing artist. No attitudes here, just great work for a decent price!
