Xien Ding Wei Seafood Restaurant

We had dinner last night with a group of ReachToTeach teachers at Xien Ding Wei Seafood Restaurant last night in Taipei and let me tell you, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Taiwan to date.

The food was out of this world! The folks at Reach To Teach organized a superb 10 course meal featuring mouth-watering sashimi, fresh lobster, fried noodles, baked clams, deep-fried calamari and crab soup. The food just kept coming and we were all extremely impressed by the kind and friendly staff. After our meal, the staff engaged us in a lively drinking game of dice and free beer. As we were leaving, we were all given parting gifts of calendars and coffee mugs. It was truly a great Taiwanese dining experience and one that I’m anxious to repeat as soon as possible.
