Rockland County

I left Manhattan to videotape trees, water and mountains to use as textures for a video. Rockland County did not disappoint. I navigated myself here to s spot just north of Bear Mountain Bridge climbing out to shore from the driveway of a waste management facility across the railroad tracks. I sat on the rocks getting shots of the water and even got a train going by, pulling what felt like hundreds of rail cars behind it.

There is a street here, with a few bars on it, worth the visit.
