Tiger Stadium aka: Bennett Park,Navin Field,Briggs Stadium

RIP Tiger Stadium.

In August 2006 when visiting the D, my sister and i ran around corktown for the afternoon. I had a feeling I might never see it again. Too bad they didn’t do something special with the field like the Corktown neighborhood suggested.

I went here, probably 4-5 times growing up. I think the last time I went was Al Kaline Day, I believe in August of 1980.
I dont think the city of Detroit knows what to do with this landmark.
