Why I recommend this place to visitors
The Hamtramck Blowout festival is an amazing way to experience Detroit’s music scene, compressed into an easy to manage 4 day long event. The 45 minute long sets are perfect to get a glimpse of each band and all the bars are close enough so you can get to the next performance with time to spare to order a few drinks.
