Plenty of the things to see by Zeke73SG
We stopped here after we visited the Trinity Site and before we camped at White Sands. There are many interesting displays, inside and outside of the building, and it’s not just for space aficionados. There is enough here to generate interest within girlfriends who have little to no background on the subject of space travel. Some of the exhibits are many years out of date, mentioning future plans for the Soviet space program, for the sake of example, but there were also volunteers there to answer questions. The International Space Hall of Fame is inside among the exhibits, and the final resting place of Ham, the first astronaut, is at the foot of the flagpoles.
