Din Tai Fung

This place is famous for their world-class Chinese dumplings. They have a picture window where you can see the steamers and the cooks preparing the little morsels of heaven. They can have a long wait on weekends, they attract such a crowd, but remember that once seated the food will be ready very quickly and the service is incredibly efficient. Always order plenty of dumplings, but complement them with beautiful green veggies, clear-broth soups served in individual portions, and pork chops.
