we had a “teambuilding” exercise here tonight. Normally that would be deathly. However – this was so fun AND delicious.

We split into 3 teams of 4 and were given recipes and ingredients to complete 4 dishes: cavatelli appetizer, chicken & steak diane entree and an apple phyllo dessert. It was really fun to cook together and the food was out of this world.

Is it weird that I enjoyed wearing the chesf’s toque?

But comfortable. They have a colonial theme but are not as extensive and posh as thier sister location in Albany, NY. The bar is pretty good but the restaurant is expensive and I usually try to avoid.
